On Saturday March the 22nd at 10.30 a.m., and for reason yet to be defined, a fire erupted in the mixing department of ELLERBROCK GmbH in Henstedt-Ulzburg .

The fire has promptly been controlled by the fire-fighters and there are no casualties as it happened during closing hours.

Despite the damages, not yet quantified, the production in the Pre-Moulded section has re-started normally on Tuesday March the 25th on the reopening after the Easter break, and will continue in the coming weeks. Thanks to the existing synergies inside the Marangoni Group, Ellerbrock will intensify the usage of compounds made by its sister companies, thus allowing the continuity in supplying pre-moulded products to the market.
