Ellerbrock is building a new logistic centre in Henstedt-Ulzburg.

The company ELLERBROCK is happy about wrong prognosis. The main factory situated in road Immenhacken became too small after 8 years only. So the consequence is another new building which had have topping-out ceremony in last july in road Kirchweg which is only a few steps away from the head office. A new big hall of 4.300 m2 was built including office and social rooms in only 3 months on this new area of totally 14.000 m2.

Mr. Achim, Moll, site foreman of M/S. Heuchert was very proud reg. the finish of the shells works and presented a corresponding poem.

The new building will be ready in autumn 2000, and the ready gods can be moved. When the head office was finished 8 year ago the directors thougt that this building of 11.250 m2 would be sufficient for a long time. "This was a pleasant false estimation" Mr. Klaus Zimmermann, managing director, said. The empty space in the head office will be used for production and capacity extensions.

Mr. Zimmermann is convinced that the investment of approx. 4,5 Mio. German Marks will be worth and paid off shortly due to strong and keen demand on retreading products manufactured by Ellerbrock.
